Texas Tattoo Artist Sets New Guinness World Record in Tattoo Parlor

(Dallas, Texas, United States, June, 14th, 2008) Hundreds of people got tattoos in Deep Ellum on Friday in an attempt to beat a world record. Guess what happened?

Between midnight Thursday and midnight Friday the 13th, Peck completed 415 tattoos, tattooing the now lucky number 13 to arms, legs, ankles, backs, thighs and even several backsides.

Peck has now gained mention in the Guinness Book of Records for doing the most tattoos in a 24-hour period. He was awarded this honor by the Guinness adjudicator Danny Girton Jr.
